Phenomenal service! We had pushed back and put off by multiple contractors and were worried we'd never get new floors in our nursery before my due date. Out of desperation, I called after hours, and someone actually picked up! She said they had a warehouse with all their flooring on hand, no need to wait for shipping. The whole process of us coming in, picking out carpet, getting measured and installed only took one week, and the carpet looks great. Thank you so much to Caren and everyone involved in the process. You really saved us a lot of stress!

Gail was so helpful, and so patient with me Me, I had no I no idea I guess what I was doing. I went I and told them I wanted brown or gray. Oh man, do you know how many browns and grays there are! These ladies are so kind especially when you have no idea. The last time I put carpet in my house weather in 1994 they didn't have that many colors back then so when you pick gray you picked gray you didn't pitch grayish green or Green mix. I have to give these ladies A+. They were there to help me every step of the way. Thank you very much Michelle
